Relationship-Talk Employee Assistance Program

Introducing our Employee Assistance Program - your reliable companion in navigating life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

Life can throw unexpected hurdles our way, and we understand that maintaining good mental health is crucial for productivity and well-being. That's why we've designed our Employee Assistance Program to provide comprehensive support to our valued members.

Our experience providing Employee Assistance counselling allows us to see patterns and drivers of individual stress and pressure. Much of these pressures are triggered by changes in relationships dynamics - work relationships or personal relationships. In a work sense, we see how others styles at behaviours at work can trigger an individual to have more intense and overwhelming emotions. Having someone outside your business, who is professional and confidential, provides a safe and supportive place to debrief what you are going through whilst learning practical strategies. We also see occasions where individuals are experiencing change to their personal relationships. These can include life partner, parents, friendships and children. These can be immensely triggering and often provoke a period of anxiety and / or depression. Given the high degree of “relationship-related stress” and how these can impact employees health and productivity, we designed Relationship-Talk’s Employee Assistance Program to be your trusted, professional and practical partner.

With our program, employees can access dedicated Counselling Services: Speak with our professional counsellors who specialise in areas such as mental health, stress management, relationship issues, and more. Whether it's a personal concern or work-related stress, our counsellors are here to listen and support you.

We also offer a comprehensive Relationship Check-up & report. This includes a screening questionnaire, a 45-minute interview and a personalised report. This check-up serves to provide a benchmark assessment of your current support base, the quality of those relationships, and some initial practical goals to help improve personal resilience.
